Part-time Front Desk Associate

Job Function: Administrative, Customer Service, General Business


  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills essentials
  • Must be a self motivated individual, able to use judgment and discretion to make decisions when required
  • Customer Service/Perform other duties as needed
  • Digitally savvy, think-outside-the-box (but inside of the BoxJelly) mentality
  • Proficiency with WordPress and  Google Analytics are big a +++
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk + Community Management

  • Onboard New Members
  • Follow Up with Prospective Leads
  • Manage Existing Memberships/Payment
  • Internal Communication
  • Engage and manage a third-party vendor for event organization and execution
  • Drive space issues through to resolution using appropriate methodology; effectively manage and control space change
  • Organize and improve space
  • Research target audiences and provide content recommendations and story ideas
  • Update and improve website (WordPress) for accuracy, reflecting current and timely information
  • Work closely with fellow team members to enuser the success of all events/updates in space

This position is ideal for recent college graduates or young professionals with 1-3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate is looking to gain valuable experience in an entrepreneurial environment with community programming and management. You will work in a fun, creative environment and interact with many of the most interesting people in Hawaii. We are a small, driven team looking to transform the way people work.
